In today’s episode of the Fat Murder Podcast, co-coach, Steph Miramontes, and I discuss why right now is the perfect time to master holiday eating.

Typically, this is the time of year when dieters begin skipping their workouts and breaking more of their food rules. After all, it’s the holidays and no one wants to feel restrained to bland foods during a festive time of year, do they?

But what if you could have both? What if you didn’t need to make a decision at all? What if you were able to eat exactly what you wanted in the amounts that your body wanted it without any struggle at all?

This is completely possible. Not-only have I lived this transformation myself, but I witness it in hundreds of clients every day and you can become this person, too.

In today’s episode, you’ll learn that with the holidays among us, there is no better time to practice these new skills than right now. More social gatherings, more eating obstacles, more alcohol, etc. all mean more opportunities to understand your behavior and what triggers you to eat more (or less) than you’re comfortable with.
