One Easy Trick to Save $150 a Month

Another trainer recently contacted me and the first thing out of his mouth was, “What supplements do you use for your clients?”

I was dumbfounded that a Fitness Professional would be asking me this, as if there was some kind of magic voodoo pill out there he could push on his clients. I expect this kind of question from those not in the biz, but those in the industry *should* know better.

My response was simple, “None.”

Your average joe off the street isn’t even getting in 100g of protein a day nor making vegetable intake a priority.

Save your $150/mo supplement money and invest in yourself by hiring a good Fitness Professional or Nutritional Coach to educate you.

It blows my mind that people will gladly pay $200/mo for cable or eating out, but when it comes to investing in their own health, they can’t be bothered.

Most should be eating around 3-4 meals a day (I’d wager the majority are eating far beyond that, but that’s a topic for another day). That’s 3-4 chances a DAY to screw up food intake that isn’t optimal for your specific goal.

If you enjoy spinning your wheels by not making any significant progress and throwing your hard earned money away in the process, then by all means continue.

Just don’t blame it on not having the right supplements when it’s your lack of know-how or desire to truly commit to change that’s holding you back.

When it comes to body transformation, you’re the only one getting in the way of your own success.
