So many of us believe that needing more help is something to be ashamed of. We use self-limiting phrases like, “I should have this all figured out by now” or “I should be able to do this on my own.”

Where does this weird belief come from? Who are you comparing yourself to and why does the timeline even matter? All you need to know is that you’re not where you want to be…yet. And that’s a good enough reason to invest in your continued success. Time is going to pass anyway. There’s no better way to invest it than in yourself.

I’ve missed more than 9,000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. 26 times I’ve been trusted to take the game-winning shot and missed.

I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.

Life isn’t a Disney movie. To become an expert at anything, you need to get really good at showing up – for as long as it takes. 

When you get stuck it’s because you believe that you can only achieve your dreams if something miraculous happens – like winning the lottery.

But that’s not true.

I’ve studied clients in our programs for years. Why do some succeed while others – even those with fewer life “obstacles” – get stuck?

This program isn’t about giving you more boxes to check – sitting at a table, using a 9” plate, and waiting until you’re hungry to eat. You learned all of that in Unstuffed.

Instead, Masterfull goes much deeper. It’s not about doing more. It’s about becoming more. It’s about YOU.

The truth about why you don't follow through on your goals — even when you have all the desire and information in the world. (If you just needed more information, you'd have already done it! Hint: It's not about more information).
How to be confident in any situation.
Understanding why you feel disappointed or sad when your meal ends (and what to do about it).
Rewriting your identity as someone who “eats just enough.”
How to keep growing and changing…even when the world (your friends, family, even mentors) pressures you to stay the same.
Shut down your negativity bias so you can achieve anything you want.
Become the kind of person who effortlessly stops eating.
How to channel your inner fears and emotions productively so that they don't prevent you from hitting your goals.
Replacing that physically “full” feeling with a fulfilling life.

The weekly call times are below. Keep in mind that after the first 4 weeks of the program, you’ll be polled to determine if these call times are a good fit or if we need to make adjustments to better accommodate your schedule.

Other tidbits you should know:

  • Coach Steph Miramontes will be hosting 2 Unstuffed coaching calls with 1 alternating Masterfull call time each week. There is no limit to how many you can participate in.
  • If you can’t make it to one of the calls that week, no worries. All calls will be recorded so you can listen to them on our private member’s podcast and you can always email any of us for 1:1 personalized coaching at any point in the program.
  • Calls will be up to 90 minutes depending on participation.
  • All members will have continued access to the Facebook group for additional support and guidance.
  • You’ll be receiving a weekly workbook to ensure your continued success (complete with daily accountability questions, advanced habit tracking chart, reflection journaling prompts, and more).
  • Your membership commitment is month-to-month. That means you can cancel anytime and your payments will end when the current month is complete. All you need to do is shoot us an email to let us know.

 The last thing we need is another thing to make us feel guilty. Masterfull isn’t another program you’ll have to force yourself to participate in. It’s not a Band-Aid or a workaround. It’s a deep, transformational program that will teach you to ENJOY each accomplishment, one step at a time. You’ll learn how to quiet the anxiety weighing you down and calmly work towards your goals. And from now on, whenever you’re feeling anxious or overwhelmed, you’ll have a coach and toolkit to help you through it.

Masterfull includes all-new material on how to become someone who finishes everything they set out to do. I’ve also included, from other resources, some of my favorite material on building positive habits, understanding your inner psychology and more.

Don’t worry — we know you have life outside of this program. We want this to be the back-up dancer in your life, not center stage. Kids get sick, people go on vacation, and sometimes we just get swamped. No big deal. Do your best to jump back in with the latest email you’ve received. If you need help navigating the work, that’s what we’re here for! We’ll guide you back to a path to success.

 A huge myth in behavior change is that the solution is to “buckle down” or “work harder.” This is false. The key to finally accomplishing your goals is cultivating a mindset and building systems that make it easier to finish. Masterfull focuses on how people actually behave, not how they “should” behave.

I recommend attending the weekly coaching call (90 minutes) and spending at least 10 minutes a day on the program materials for maximum benefit. If you can’t make a live coaching call, you can listen to that week’s session via our private member’s podcast. Two hours is my guideline, but you can go faster or slower if you want.

Masterfull is an online group coaching program. Each month, we choose a theme (Redefining Restriction, Finding Your Five, etc.) and break the concept down into 4-5 weekly goal-supporting lessons. Every Sunday you’ll receive a new lesson with a workbook that includes challenges, eating exercises, journaling prompts, and our newly designed habit tracking chart exclusive to Masterfull clients. In addition to the provided lesson and workbook, there will be a live weekly group coaching call to guide you to success. If you’re unable to attend a call, but still want customized coaching, just drop us an email and we’ll be happy to help.

Yes! The principles, strategies, and tactics for creating and keeping habits are universal. We’ve had successful client results from around the world. Even those who can’t attend live coaching calls have seen incredible results by simply listening to the private member’s podcast and following along in their workbooks.
